How do I access the pharmacy and how long does it take?

After your assessment is reviewed by a registered doctor, if deemed appropriate, you will be able to access the pharmacy immediately through your myduke® account.

Can I access myduke® from anywhere in Australia?

Yes. Our digital platform is designed for adults across Australia, including regional and remote areas. There is no need to visit a clinic or pharmacy in person to get started.

Can I use an existing treatment plan from another doctor?

No. Only treatment plans issued through myduke®'s authorised pathways can be used with our dispensing partners, ensuring your care remains safe, compliant, and consistently monitored.
