Delivery and returns

Every myduke® order is dispensed via registered express post with Australia Post. That means you should get your products within 1-5 business days (depending on where you live, of course). This doesn’t include pharmacy processing times. For orders over $65, shipping is free. For orders under $65, a $10 shipping fee will be applied.

You’ll get a tracking number with every order, too, so you can follow it in real time.

Since we’re relying on Australia Post, we can’t be responsible for any delays or problems in-transit, sorry. You can always grab postal insurance, to protect from any loss or damage.

If you get the wrong product or your product is faulty, then of course we’ll provide a replacement or refund. No problem at all. Unfortunately, for some products, My Duke Pharmacy can’t accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. It’s a bummer, but that’s just how it is.
