Delivery and Returns

Express deliveries

We send every myduke® order via registered express mail with Australia Post. That means you should get your vapes within 1-5 business days (pending our doctor’s approval, and depending where you live, of course). This doesn’t include pharmacy processing times.

You’ll get a tracking number with every order, too, so you can follow it in real time.

Since we’re relying on Australia Post, we can’t be responsible for any delays or problems in-transit, sorry. You can always grab postal insurance, to protect from any loss or damage.

Simple returns

If you get the wrong product, or your vapes are faulty, then of course we’ll provide a replacement or refund. No problem at all. Unfortunately, because our vaping products are defined as Schedule 4 Prescription Only Medicine, My Duke Pharmacy can’t accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. It’s a bummer, but that’s just how it is.
