TGA Guidelines
In 2021, Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration brought in Therapeutic Goods Order 2021 (TGO110). The new order laid out minimum safety standards and quality requirements for some smoking cessation therapies.
Are you an authorised supplier?
Yes, My Duke Pharmacy is a licenced pharmacy, and we’re authorised to dispense treatments as part of your smoking cessation plan. However, we can only do this if you’re a verified patient and your order is accompanied with a prescription from an Australian Authorised Prescriber.
What’s your process?
We want to make quitting as simple and safe as possible. Here’s how myduke® works.
Step 1: Create an account. Sign up to myduke® and complete a medical assessment. It only takes a few minutes.
Step 2: Get approval. A partner doctors will review your assessment and check your eligibility. If a script is required and appropriate, the approval process generally takes 24 hours.
Step 3: Access the pharmacy. Access the My Duke Pharmacy online for treatment options matching your prescription.
Step 4: Place your order. If it’s your first order, a pharmacist will be in touch to validate your ID.
Step 5: Shipping. All orders are shipped express via Australia Post. We offer free shipping over $99. You’ll also need to sign to receive this order.
